Day 5- the pinking dead

Trying to get my brain in. I keep getting lost in the webs. This clicks out to lots more deaded awesome.

Day 4 was a wash. That may cause drowsiness thing took me out and I didn't even drift through the day, more like slugged in and out of bed not even caring if the earth was rotating. Not the best sign in the world for a new med. But hey, I slept like a rock last night.

I can't tell if I'm feeling some kind of weird regret over another work list fluttering away from me like a leaf, but I got a phone confirmation yesterday about a Bunny birthday thing here this weekend, so at least I have some mild panic spurring me on today. Her auntie in Houston super spoiled on the Doc McStuffins gifts through the mail, so guess what kind of cake I'll be ordering, lol, and now I have motivation and a fairly fixed point in time to get a couple of big chores around the house finished up. Yay for social events.

If anything else gets done today, huzzah for me on a med that's turning me into a big pink zombie.

Ok, that's some pretty big pink inspiration (#pinkspiration!), and other colors too, as you can see when you check out his accounts. I think the beard makes it work.

This week started off awesome and slid right off that crash cliff, time to pull out some big guns and motivate the crap outa this day. I just discovered I'm creating #thepinkingdead hashtag, yay!

Yesterday's views were so busy that I freaked out and thought Oh, no! Brazil found Pinky blog! but it's not lit up on the map and doesn't show up in the country list, so whew!

Untangling the whole actual Google analytics vs Google webmaster tools thing is a real treat. So far nothing I have as solidly confirmed property in analytics has been touched, so I assumed it was the webmaster tools that was the problemo. Brazil has been pinging once or twice a day on Pinky's Sox since the big July 24th spike, but that page isn't even in webmaster tools so now I have to dig some more (my G+/blogger associations are so java tangled now I can barely understand what they think they're doing). I'm going to leave it alone there and see how high that number pumps up, but I think I stopped Brazil on the dotcom because I haven't seen it show back up. Can't help wondering if too many fingers in the stat cookie jar is the problem there since that page is what verfies pinterest so I can see analytics there, too, plus GWT and WordPress colliding keeps sending me notes about markup items that don't mean anything. Hold your horses, guys, it's just a few links and graphics viewers can click out on, good grief, it's not like everything in there has to be meta adjusted. I'd rather get a heads up from a stat tool about unwanted parasite acquisitions, amIright?

I miss the old days.

What's even more fun is that I personally don't have working java on my laptop, so I can't see what the problems are they're pointing to. Do I care? Not really. Drinking my java.

While I was at it, I put Pinky Press Review into analytics for kicks. That whole experiment is just funny to me.

Looks like the roof made it through several hours of torrential downpour yesterday without leaking, at least so far as we can tell, yay! I need to FOCUS and GET TO WORK! >=l Kinda starting off slow today. I have a pattern, don't I? Thursdays seem to be my noticing I'm starting to get scattered days.

Yeah, that kinda screeched around a corner in your brain, didn't it? Veering wildly through free association on an early Monday morning.

Now see, this is what I'm talking about when I bring up monetizing and how I'll never do this to my readers. Awesome pic, but the page it came from is like navigating through a militarized zone. That makes me a cranky Pinky.

So when we get the brain chips, I can just see the litigations and class actions sprouting up over pop ups and blinky ads going off in our brains through everything we're trying to do (which is why we'll need driving programs and software updates in our sleep).

Pink hot chocolate is a real thing. I discovered this just recently. I think I need to get with the program.

I've gotta drive to the dentist all over again. At least I've got the week right this time. Better get my brain on.
